Master account is the key account of the eSpok universe by connecting the different worlds together ([Tutor Account | Tutor Account] / [Student Account | Student Account]). It can be considered as the school account which manages the global activity of the site and the exchanges of the users so that they can communicate and work together as efficiently and pleasantly as possible.
Management of the eSpok users
The main privileges of the master account concerning the other eSpok users are :
- invite to the eSpok universe either new tutors either new students, and validate their registration
- communicate directly with the different users for the purpose of information, help, etc.
- organize tutorials between tutors and students
- have a global overview of the e-activities of the different users
Management of the eSpok universe
The main privileges of the master account concerning the global management of the platform are :
- regalute the users’ traffic by managing the new users and the current users (coming soon : alumni’s management)
- personalize the website with the logo and the colors which form part of the school identity
- edit a school profile to remind the users of the school's teaching/learning philosophy
- have a global overview of the tools’ use and of the storage’s use (coming soon)
« Tutor account »
Tutor account is the personal (and personalized) account of each tutor who has been invited to join the eSpok universe. It’s both a concrete support of the classic activities of the tutor and a continuation of them, by offering new facilities and new possibilities so that his teaching can perfectly respond to the requirements of modern teaching and the new needs of students.
Creation of the school’s content
The main privileges of the tutor account concerning the creation of content are :
- download the existing content to save it in a common space shared by all the tutors and managed by the school via the master account (coming soon)
- create new content which is quickly able to be utilized in enhancing the school's educational program
- create new format of content, more playful and interactive
- create new format of tutorials, to complete the current program of the school
Manage the student’s learning
The main privileges of the tutor account concerning driving the students' learning are :
- multiply the points of contact with the student to establish a faithful relationship
- adapt the teaching schedule to the availability of the students in response to their needs
- propose more content to catch the attention of the student
- drive the personal homework of the student
« Student account »
Student account is the personal (and personalized) account of each student who has been invited to join the eSpok universe. It’s both a support of his classic learning and a continuation of it, by offering more opportunities to progress and to manage this progress.
Guided learning
The main privileges of the student account concerning the guided part of his learning are :
- organize the offline and the online tutorials with the tutors and the master account
- assistance in the form of more flexible tutorials, with online tutorials in the virtual classroom
- utilize content proposed and explained by tutors in an interactive way
- complete the face-to-face learning with diversified and playful homework activities
Self learning
The main privileges of the student account concerning the self-worked part of his learning are :
- access to the whole resources of the school
- reinforce the contacts with the tutors and the resources
- manage his own progress by dealing with the homeworks and the vocabulary learning
- complete the classic learning by a totally self-learning solution (coming soon)
